Stronghold Plus 60 mg/10 mg spot-on solution for cats >5-10 kg (11-22 lbs)
Stronghold Plus is a medicine used to treat mixed infestations with both ticks and other parasites that may be found on the skin or fur of cats, such as fleas, ear mites and lice and/or worms that live inside the body. The medicine can be used:
- to treat tick infestations
- to treat and prevent flea infestations. It can also be used as part of a treatment for flea allergy dermatitis (an allergic reaction to flea bites)
- to treat ear mites
- to treat biting lice infestations
- to treat adult roundworms and adult hookworms in the gut
- to prevent heartworm disease
Stronghold Plus kills fleas and some ticks within 24 hours and it continues to work for 5 weeks against fleas and 4 to 5 weeks against ticks (depending on the type).
Pack Contains:3 Pipettes of 1 ml each
Active Substances:
- Selamectin - 60 mg
- Sarolaner - 10 mg

At first I was guilty of putting a one star rating because I had not received the Stronghold Plus shipment....It was a wrong thing to do....I just received it today and happy about it....this cat Med works great on my outside cat and has a good price and SPE shipped it in a timely manner....SPE should not be blamed for the long transport time...I guess it's a sign of the Covid times that it takes so long for shipping now...
